I think most people would be surprised at how lucid he was at .21.  At his probable level of alcoholism, I’d bet he just seemed a little tipsy.

Probably won’t be a problem again for a while.  If convicted, he’s going likely to lose his license for a year, then be required to have an interlock (car breathalyzer) for a couple years.

The police report says he didn't know what city he was in (was in Pittsburgh but thought he was in Ohio).  He was stumbling around.  It is fortunate he got a flat tire and didn't kill anyone.

Sounds like a thorough-going alcoholic. Too bad his family or his close associates didn't stage an intervention to get him the help he needs before he crap all over his legacy the past few months. Oh well, maybe Battle will hit the portal again.
