Well, Dax you and I can agree on that if there is less war and violence worldwide that would be very good.

You should also agree with me that the US populace needs to be less headline and political propaganda driven, an impossible task I know, but we can certainly try.

John Kelly is simply a cog in the government grift complex who is concerned that a Trump presidency could spell potential financial challenges for the entities his company invests in.

So he's basically the previous Trump admins Elon?

Let's take a moment to bid a fond farewell to end the filibuster and SCOTUS packing (until the next Dem is elected POTUS)

Farewell for now friends . . .

So the next round will be to solely appeal to the most radical and insane whack-a-doo's (which is a lot, BTW, so that could be the way to go)?

Thanks . . . but I'm only happy because of who is being ushered out, not exactly over the moon with who is being ushered in.

Okay

I mean honestly it's hard to imagine someone campaigning on something like Medicare for All would do worse than Kamala did. It at least seems like a serious way to address genuine economic concerns from the working class if done properly.

Don't be so modest, you're a great trump supporter and have worked tirelessly on his behalf for a very long time. You deserve a little bit of a celebration before getting back to it.

I legalized gambling and got a crazy hotel casino built at the lake.  YW Missouri

Same friend

As a free state resident this is the first I've heard of an actual casino being built at the Ozarks and I freaking love the idea. I'm imagining like 1000 boat slips where people are blasted playing bumper boats trying to leave the casino at 1am and its a complete crap show. Just massive cruisers banging into John boats and people in pontoons hitting the whiskey throttle into wake boats.

Didn’t pass  :frown:

normie white america is mad about immigrants and inflation.  And the swifties don't have time to vote.

I saw joco had 25k more registered voters but the turnout was 15k less voters than 2020.  That's nuts.

And Kamala/Dems owned JOCO by double digits.

Right, like with that tangible things for most people, stop trying to pander to these smaller groups and really go for things that actually help people's everyday lives, and everyone's lives, not just things that benefit a few.

Pro medicare for all
Pro middle class tax cuts
Pro minimum wage increase
Pro weed
Pro choice
Pro border (it's dumb but it's clearly important enough)

Just look at all the things that have a majority opinion (crazy) and just go with it. Even if it seems like a mixed bag.

My "support" is purely driven by certain policies (that admittedly are subject to change) and a ridiculous agenda of mis-information and undermining concocted from the blob because they don't like an outsider being in the WH.

The weirdest thing of all, they're going to get pretty much all the things they've always wanted (in some cases, that's sad) outside of possibly the US constantly being embroiled in regime change and nation wrecking.

gut churning to see the very worst people in politics like Hannity and Charlie Kirk gloating over this.

also, so much for the "Trump's ceiling is only 47%". He is going to win the popular vote.

What are pundits saying about reason Harris lost? I assume the math says men didn't turn out for her the same way they did for Biden.

I think the dems will need to go back to a real primary and trust their voters.  The super delegates aren't working and basically telling voters they're too stupid to make the right choice.

Good thing there aren't any horrible people on opposite news networks like Joy Reid. I'm sure she will be self-reflecting and not blame white women for the the loss or all the fascists in Florida and rest of the U.S.  Maddow will also be very accepting of the new administration too I'm sure.  :jerk:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

wsj "the journal" podcast indicating that people trusted Trump more regarding the economy and the border. "Trump may have said things that offended them but voters trust him on the issues that effect them.."

"voters wanted change and Harris did zero to differentiate herself from Biden, even when given the opportunity"
