I’m not running for Jesus’ job or anything, but I have always been of the opinion that one should choose a political policy that they deem to be morally superior.  Is this what we are supposed to do?

I honestly don't think there's a figure behind that can or would rise up and inspire violence like he can.

What form do you see the violence taking? I mean he's already been shot. I think what would be left in his wake would be too disjointed for anything more than the normal American gun violence. Plus I think there are very few of his followers that REALLY want to murder people.
