That is an ad soliciting "real people, not actors" testimonials to be used in TV, print, online, etc. advertisements to promote the broader campaign. The way it's been framed by the right (and you) is that Kamalas crowds are somehow fake. That framing is part of a larger narrative you can see being pushed by the right simply because Trump is sensitive about his size.
