As I think about the (highly) selective New Puritans of #blueanon, and how they clutch their pearls about Don Trump's extramarital liaisons.

My brilliant mind wanders back to Willie Brown, and his own words regarding the outcome of his then extramarital affair with the now presumed future POTUS candidate for the Democratic (#blueanon) party:

"Yes, I may have influenced her career by appointing her to two state commissions when I was Assembly speaker,"

"may" Willie??

You were the speaker of the California State Assembly and you appointed Harris to not one, but two powerful committee seats straight out of a cubicle in the Alameda County district attorney's office simply because she was your mistress. She obviously knew you were a married man.

What the usual derps of #blueanon are leaving out is the gaslighting component and the persistent (and

) claims by #blueanon across all spectrum's that any talk about Joe's mental capabilities was just a right wing conspiracy and to quote the White House, "cheap fakes". This was just outlined this morning in the life and times thread.

So we've gone from sharp as a tack to not capable of running for POTUS in Nov 2024 . . . but perfectly fine to continue on as POTUS now.
