Fine time to play their worst half of basketball of the year.

This will all come to a merciful end in about 6 weeks.

They haven't quit they just suck. Mark Smith played harder than anyone on the court, but they're playing 3 on 5. And goodness gracious I can't believe how much better Selton Miguel is than Mike McGuirl.

They have absolutely quit.  Nowell has clearly packed it in and Bradford gives so little effort he doesn’t even play anymore. Kasubke nearly doubled Ish’s minutes today LOL.  I’ll grant you Mark Smith but he’s got something to play for to continue to try to prove he deserves a shot in the NBA.

Nowell packed it in? Did you watch the game? Bradford has been awful all year. Luke doubled his minutes because 25 minutes a game from the off guard spot was sitting on the bench in a walking boot and he's next in the rotation. Where else do you propose those minutes went?

Not nearly athletic enough and not good enough of a shooter. The irony is his game is predicated mostly on effort, not skill.

Really low release point too.  I imagine he will have a really nice career like pullen overseas though.

Yea Nowell‘s effort has dropped off considerably as is evidenced by his lack of production.  Bradford has gone from like 18 a game to 5 a game, and it’s not because the alternatives are good.  I mean you are right they also suck so I can’t argue with you there.

We'll just agree to disagree with Nowell. I don't know what you're seeing in his production that shows some lack of effort. https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/markquis-nowell-1/gamelog/2022/
He's missing more shots and not getting as many assists but that's going to happen when your team is shooting under 30% the last two and a half games.

Bradford is fat and has been since the summer, your inference that he's quit on the season now is crazy and I'm pretty sure you know that.

Hung on a bit too long, but that is fairly common for basketball coaches, or just coaches in general.   Probably entertained leaving after the 2018-19 season but couldn’t quite give it up.

I'd hate to see Pack leave if Oscar is canned, but we won't win with that loser on the bench so pull the bandaid Gene.

I wil be happy to follow Pack filling it up for Indiana or Purdue and probably making a good chunk of change.

oscar has never entertained leaving.  That oblivious idiot probably doesn't even think he's on the hotseat (and maybe he's not).  If/when Gene shitcans his ass, he'll probably have another press conference crying about how unfair it is.
