How is the US/Allies attempt to cut off Russia financially going? I've never bought into it being as effective as most ITT believed it would be.  If Russia isn't paying any real financial price and can keep funding it to their desired levels, I would say they likely have the long term upper hand.

My guess is a combination of currency manipulation, selling energy at a steep discount, and probably outright theft.

I wonder how many of the recent coup leaders in Africa (striking at the very heart of NATO member France's empire, and chief source of raw materials for their nuclear energy program) were trained or affiliated with The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation at Fort Moore (or similar programs)?  WHINSEC fka The School of the Americas.
