Certainly still possible that the Russians did it and they don’t want to reveal how vulnerable other targets in, but I think this now makes it more likely than not it was the US or another Ukraine western ally.

Sadly #neocongE has only seen the US fight against rag tag militias and militaries suffering under years of economic sanctions.

#neocongE has never seen the US military face tens of billions of dollars of modern weapons backed by first world consultants and first world intelligence apparatus. 

The Russians are still advancing in some parts of Ukraine, they’re killing Ukrainian soldiers  by the truckload and their wrecking millions of dollars worth of Ukrainian weapons every day.

That’s why Ukraine is asking for billions more and having to send another 15-20,000 more soldiers off to be trained in NATO countries.

Yeah I don’t have a strong opinion on it. My priors are— if Russia did it there would be a strong interest for NATO et al to make a big deal of it, talk about it, show evidence of it and the fact they aren’t should raise questions as to why. I think not wanting Russia to start attacking more soft targets and not wanting to escalate/expand the theatre is a really good reason why, but that hasn’t really been the way they have handled other similar questions so again I think it is more likely that they did this to commit Europe to not turning back on Ukraine and turning the gas from Russia back on.
