There was no big time flexing on NATO, the NATO partners could not even collectively agree to send weapons to the Ukraine, it was alleged that Germany didn't even allow overflights to support Ukraine from other NATO countries.

Yeah, it's possible this isn't really a withdrawal and the false flag video will be something like Russian troops getting attacked when they were returning home. Dax might still get his war. I think Putin probably backs down to Joe Biden's tough talk, though.
