They've completely abandoned NATO style strategies, because the 2.5 trillion dollar NATO defense complex doctrine depends on everything the Ukrainians don't have  .  Nor did it account for swarms of cheap kamikazee drones, Russian electronic counter measures etc. etc. etc.

Only hammering home again and again that this whole deal is a grifters paradise, and #neocons/#armchair neocons are going to die on that hill that says none of this well ever be properly accounted for, as they fight financial oversight every inch of the way.

i think they've received most of them.  don't have the american ones yet, but most of the others.  couldn't tell you numbers, though.
