I think most of them are viable in a primary against Biden. Trump and DeSantis being the exceptions.

I'll give her credit for actually having policy positions beyond that but she shouldn't get credit for being above the things that are most unpalatable about the current RNC, because she isn't. Just look at her twitter account, she makes no attempt to move the conversation to policy, she's playing the lowest common denominator hits with several random Kamala drive by his mixed in. She's in the sweet spot for age which is important to me. Vivek is basically Trump Jr so he's out.  Desantis would probably be my choice but he is just too reprehensible on social issues.  Christie is just a huge $!#* so I can't get behind him. Tim Scott is probably still young enough that I should consider him too but he just doesn't seem to have much charisma, so maybe he and Haley are both basically the same to me.

Not a thing. As much as he tries, Vivek is not trump. If for some reason trump decides he isn't going to run, or he's in jail. His supporters will either not vote or will split among other people and when it's time for the general I think a healthy amount of those voters will just not show up. I think you are grossly underestimating two things. 1. How many maga people there are out there are maga because of celebrity. 2. How many magas view Vivek as not legitimate, no matter how much he shits on black people and other Indians.

I would think that if he's convicted of something related to the election or January 6, the 14th amendment would prevent him from running. It would take a 2/3 vote in the house and senate to make him eligible at that point.

That was just one of the four. One of his federal trials is starting in March, but I can't remember if that one is for his violation of the espionage act or his January 6 treason.

A felon in prison can run for president. Some have cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as reason to disqualify Trump from running. I have no idea if that could prevent him from running or not.

Has the florida suit already concluded?  I thought it was just filed last week?

Also, I think I remember reading that New Hampshire and Wisconsin both are going through the process to deny him from being on the ballots.
