Welp, we evacuated Ida to Dallas yesterday, so depending on devastation levels/how long power is out or whatever, we may end up going to this stinkfest after all. The Popeye's hangout spot near the stadium will help us feel right at home. StubHub has cheap seats for $6.

You tailgating? I’ll be there probably about 9:30, but I’ll have my kids in tow. My dream would be to do a full 90-minute stade walk analysis with Dlew IRL, but again, a 5 year-old and a 2 year-old would make that experience unfulfilling. But if you’re around before the game let me know your plans! I’ll probably do some light tailgating.

Holiday Inn, Fatty Fest like 6 years ago or so, that year where I wanted to fight Nick Russell at that bullchicks place, y'all were both blasted and I had to leave at 6:00AM.

Places I can for sure remember nicname and I both crashing at:

Portland hotel for BeasleyPAK.
My place in Seattle for BeasleyPAK.
MHK Holiday Inn but when we had a suite and there was a futon nic crashed on.

Possibly:

A different MHK HI time if MIR’s reference is different.
Maybe Camp MIR in Iowa.
Each other’s homes in Wichita or Wichita adjace.
Any other instances where paks abruptly ended with passing out.

I have officially reconsidered going to this game. Getting a little FOMO right now. Considering that it’s Labor Day weekend and stuff. I potentially might be at this game now.

I still have tickets left trying to unload.  Section 110 Row 2.   5 seats left.  45 yard line behind KState bench.

no gEing here. Been there for the Cotton Bowl 2011. Maybe it's better now.

Was at the Cotton Bowl after 2011 season vs Arky, and a Cowboys game in last couple years - the stadium is a palace.  Get there early to gawk at it.  Actually - for out of staters coming down asking about Texas Live - it just opened in the last year ish.  Went there for drinks before the Green Day / Weezer concert in July.  It is KC Power and Light on steroids.  Pretty cool place and is adjacent to the new Rangers ballpark and Jerry's World, park close and easy walk to the stadium.  It will be packed w/purple tonight.  Give it a look - cool place for the younger crowd or those w/kids in tow.
