No.  There's just no way to make the statement that RATM made based on the information he gave.  He didn't give any statistics on what the percentages for needing violent action are for Republicans who don't think the election was stolen from Trump.  The only way for his statement to be true is for that percentage to basically be 0, which I doubt it is.

Yeah, I was operating under the assumption that people whose preferred candidate won the election aren't going to believe the election was stolen. I suppose it's possible that the number includes a lot of independents, and the actual ratio of republicans is actually even higher, but I'd wager it's still under 80%.
