I don't buy that 100%, but some sort of conflict would certainly explain the sour grapes attitude from him.

I'm about 90% that this happened, mainly because Will Lee "liked" a post from one of the recruiting outlets saying many players are forced in the portal.

Someone is going to get a heck of a QB when Maalik Murphy decides his school. He’s leaving UT immediately and not playing the CFP.

He said he wants to be the starter wherever he goes, and plenty will be willing to guarantee that.

I only watched our game against them and for 2 quarters or so he looked like the worst quarterback in the world
