I always assumed zoom is for companies that can't afford the quality of teams

Ever had your teams meeting cutoff at 45 minutes because some poor tried to communicate with you in the free version? Me either.

Unnamed sources.  By the law of #blueanon/#blueanongE unnamed sources are 1000% truthful, and 1000% on point and must be believed without question.

Special Note: Because this makes a #blueanon leader look bad, even a mentally incapacitated #blueanon leader who spends every weekend hiding in a house in Delaware.  This story must be cross checked through multiple sources (does not apply if a conservative is being made to look bad)

The internet says GoToMeeting owns 12% market share but I’ll be honest I don’t believe it.

My favorite thing to do on Teams meetings is to have the PPT projected behind me so that I appear to be a TV weatherman.

I’m not in meetings enough to really care about zoom vs. teams, but I can say Zoom without video is significantly better for calls than old school conference calls. Can believe it took COVID for us to switch.

My org is currently using Zoom and Teams and is jumping into Webex for phones.  I have a feeling Zoom is going to lose this battle.

I took a picture of my office from my webcam.
I use that as my background when I am working from home. Has made several people think i'm in the office.

we used GoTo at the start but now use Teams. With GoTo we had more issues with employees not being able to launch the meeting. App was buggy. BUT with Teams, we have more issues with the mic/speakers being incorrect for whatever reason.
I hope they both burn in hell.

Mods, please start a thread on collaboration tools so #deflectonsgE will stop detracting from things like Doctor Jill only wanting the white team to visit the White House

Thanks

My company used zoom before teams became a thing and never changed. But I have dealt with companies that use Google Meet! Whoa!

For quick conferences. We use Google Meet all the time. Works great and very easy. Never a problem.

I’ll go with user technical inability as the primary driver behind the complainers.

Keep the White House white . . . Dr. Jill Biden

Initial jobless claims up . . .again.  Revised jobless claims week over week . . . +52,000 (the good ol BLS, carrying water for Pres SFB, again)

Layoffs accelerating

What’s the unemployment rate now?  Google tells me 3.6% for March which seems crazy good.
