Still no chain of custody established, still Biden's personal lawyers handling this "search".

The ridiculous strawman this administration is attempting to build is that they cant answer basic questions and the DOJ can’t itself secure the documents because they don’t want to “taint” the special counsel.

Translation - they will not police themselves in a method that equals the treatment they give regular citizens and political opponents.
