In another thread, wacky talks about how his household income went up 30% this year and how his wife wants a new house. Apparently, economies where you get laid off with 2% inflation are better.

What's the point of a 30% wage increase when inflation is 7%?

Do people understand that inflation is super crazy in most developed countries right now, and not just in the one where only 75+ year old super dumbass morons get the chance to be the most powerful person in the world through a culture war popularity contest?

CNS, you took quite a long break from the board. Not sure if you checked in here after Trump was in office, but everything was Trumps fault. We’ve apparently shifted narratives now, so I do enjoy ppl rushing to defend the President who has the lowest approval rating oat. It’s awesome to follow and instead of talking about it, they just bump Trump threads instead, to feel better about their vote. As a new blue wave voter, I will not let these hypocrites be silenced on my watch! :eye:

I don’t have a policy, but I think crap is bad right now and whatever pak you made with Spracs IRL is fun to look at. I’m happy the lawyer biz is doing well, tho. While normal Americans can barely afford whatever you 2 are spilling out there in Austin, TX. Taking care of the he aged tech Boom!

I was dubious about the economy but once clay travis declared it was absolutely booming under Biden I will reconsider.

both of our increases were in the making for boot strapping the past 5 years. I know you sincerely care about minimum wage earners. Are you trying to deflect on what I’ve done for this company, for your political agenda? I’ve increased their revenue over 30 mill in increases for the work I’ve done. Biden has zero to do with it, when we net profited almost zero due to the pandemic. The increase and inflation in pay are for the minimum wage workers that hate you, because they feel you’re entitled for your 50K tax return.

Have you raised rent as a landlord yet? If so, how much?

Next lease cycle I will consider.  It is more about the tax implications then any cash flow
