Have sanctions deterred the Iranians from continuing to build more and more capable weapons systems, and ballistic missile systems - no (and soon they'll be back to getting closer to Nukes)

The Castro's - still control Cuba

Maduro still rules Venezuela

The Kim's still rule North Korea

And on and on and on . . .

What these sanctions continue to do, is push countries to look for alternatives to the U.S. dollar.

Our incredibly tough prez wants a regime change because he is brain dead and the only one that speaks up is Macron...?
