Rank the lies:

A) Covering for the Saudis on 9/11
B) lying about Osama bin Ladin was living in a compound in a Pakistani military city
C) Lying about how the Afghanistan war was going for 20 years
D) Lying about the evidence of Iraq’s WMD program
E) lying about “torturing some folks”
F) lying about how leaving Afghanistan would look like crap because we lost a war and are leaving

LOL, that’s all been well documented.    Of the whole list, the one opportunity to have less of a crap show resided in the exit and your guy and his crew of amateurs made it far worse then it could have been.   For example: While the Taliban was certainly going to get the weapons in possession of the ANA, they shouldn’t have gotten a single thing that could have been carried or loaded on to an airplane that was in the possession of the United States.

I won’t even get into the fact that relative to Iraq, your guy was a major cog in ensuring that mess occurred.   He was a full blown cheerleader for Iraq, was a skeptic of Afghanistan and now that skepticism has lead to a bull headed, not listening to anybody, poorly communicated clusterfuck of an exit from Afghanistan.

Anyone doing so is either and idiot, or disingenuous. Most are the latter, including Dax.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Only the most hyper-partisan political shills cannot see or refuse to accept the repeated mis-steps in this process.

Also accept the reality that if a Republican administration was overseeing this fiasco, the virtue signaling vapid and wholly disingenuous Nancy Pelosi and friends would have already marched the articles of impeachment down the halls to the Senate.   With #blueanon media filming every horned up moment (again) for the millions upon millions of #blueanon.   I could even see the squad climbing aboard and applauding the proceedings even though some of them say many words to placate their constituency about wanting to withdrawal.   They would have been particularly all over impeachment if OrangeMan Bad was still around.

Lemon-Reid-Maddow and the rest of the gang would be going on for days about how Trump was withdrawing at the behest of his controller, Vlad Putin.

What Phil forgets, and Phil forgets often.   Is that when Trump first seriously floated withdrawing from Afghanistan, his movement, in lockstep with Dick Cheney party and the tinfoil hat russophobes like Maddow.  Immediately launched into a Putin puppet campaign.

It's just super weird, that hyper partisan shill, Phil Titola never manages to remember these things, or anything for that matter.

Not to mention Phil's party's proclivity to bring up impeachment (and challenge election results) at the drop of the hat over the course of decades.

Phil gonna shill, tho.

Trump wanted to withdraw from Afghanistan but was too wimpy to stand up to the beautiful generals from central casting that told him no and called him a loser. SAD! LOW ENERGY!

But Biden said I am a loser already, and I don’t care I will just eat ice cream. ALPHA!

KK is just enraged.   :curse:

Unfortunately your movement saddled up with Liz Cheney and moved to block funding of any withdrawal from Afghanistan in every way they possibly could.

One day you're screaming about Trump being a dictator, the next day you were demanding that Trump act like a dictator.

This is just sad

The Crow/Cheney amendment to the NDAA put a nearly impossible set of conditions on withdrawing from Afghanistan.    Then just a scant few months later, all Liz Cheney and friends do is stomp their feet and send out a couple of Tweets about Biden pulling out of Afghanistan.

On top of that, Liz and friends went on a hilarious #blueanon level of Russia-Russia-Russia rants relative to Trump's proposed withdrawal which was immediately seized upon by #blueanon media favorites far and wide.

If it were up to me Liz and Dick would be tarred and feathered and then hung on the mall.

As for trump, how does leaving Afghanistan have anything with being a dictator other than the thread title?

I never said anything negative about Trump leaving Afghanistan. I criticized and praised Trumps foreign policy in almost equal measure. When he brought in Bolton and let Pompeo run wild it got worse, but his instincts on N Korea and Iraq and Afghanistan were correct (when he wasn’t threatening to nuke Korea).

Biden talks, takes no questions, Tuesday.   No State Department briefing today.

Goodness

Be on the look out for a lid this afternoon at the WH.

Marine corp friends are livid.

Veterans of evacuating thousands said the original abandonment of Bagram lessoned our security capability substantially.   In their view a complete and total failure of leadership.

If you're disturbed about the way this Afghan exit is going then you want perpetual war and/or claim that everyone knew this was going to happen (except this administration apparently)

I mean, I think there were probably more than 10 deaths from the virus today among people who would be alive had they been vaccinated

I suppose we should listen to #blueanonGe Phil the Shill, because if there’s one movement who takes advantage of everything large and small to advance their insane agenda, it’s #blueanon
