If this claim is correct.  Imagine supporting an administration that doesn't GAF that one of the most dangerous street drugs on the planet is pouring into our country and our neighborhoods.   Drugs likely manufactured in China with the proceeds from the sales having a high probability of being laundered through Chinese related entities.

Vlad Putin really couldn't have had a better partner in Barrack Obama and now Joe Biden.

Obama:  Russia's vital interests are much more important in the Ukraine and Crimea then the United States (paraphrases).   Russia would be directly threatened if the U.S. sent lethal aid to the Ukraine (paraphrased).   The United States sought a military partnership with Russia in Syria and even gave the Russian coordinates to bomb our 'freedom fighters'.   At every turn Barrack Obama allowed Vlad Putin to 360 windmill right in his face (keeping it clean for the kids).   Obama let Iran, a huge Russian client state demolish his administration at the negotiating table at every turn. 

Trump:  On top of repeated sanctions and actions against Russian allies and client states.   Trump went even further by sanctioning allies for doing business with Russia (Germany and Turkey).  Trump also extolled U.S. global fossil fuel dominance and sought to block Nordstream 2.    Hurting Putin where it would hurt him the most, energy.
