Alex smif was more of a Dak Prescott/Jalen Hurts type player. Put up big numbers in college and is a very good but not great NFL QB, you can't count on him to win a game all by himself but they won't blow it unless pressed.

Not sure on what the Will Howard NFL comp would be but I like the "Less talented Big Ben" (minus the rape thing). He will get drafted mainly because he's 6'5 240lbs, has a good completion % and runs a 4.7ish 40.

I think the best case scenario is he is a Ryan Tannahill/Ryan Fitzpatrick/Jameis Winston level of player where he starts for a couple of years and turns into a solid backup for 10 years.

Solid contribution to the thread.  It's getting harder and harder to see anything but a bright NFL future for Will (flip a coin for backup or starter, IMO - both incredible outcomes for an unheralded recruit).
