I can't get that link to open on my phone, but they don't need her vote to make the lower court's ruling law. The best the liberal justices could hope for is a tie and that won't be good enough.

Don’t know anything about this opinion, but people need to not act like courts are responsible for maintaining the ACA. It’s a fact the law was pretty much gutted during the tax bill. Congress needs to fix it.

Seems like it would "necessary and proper" for all citizens of a modern nation (especially one that is in the process of 'being made great again') to have access to health care. The fact that this hasn't been addressed in a rational way is exhibit A for how dysfunctional congress has become.
