pro tip: there are mexican brands that put all sorts of spices in tiny plastic bags and they're grate for things like this. I didn't realize they had a bunch of regular old spices until I started doing grocery shopping online.

My wife is very frugal, except when it comes to lotion, cream, balm, etc.  She has one specific lotion only for elbows.  Also one only for knees.  How different can the skin be?

sorta related, but I invested in a pretty decent stereo setup with a bluetooth connection and everyone in my family insists on listening to music on their shitty laptops and I'm like, "look, I'll make it so you just automatically connect to bluetooth on the good speakers" and they're like "nah"
