And then they wake up the next morning and are like "hey anyone wanna go grab a beer?”

no but if that happened to me personally I would probably need to chase a bit the next day.  There is probably a good amount of physical hangover as well as mental anxiety over that type of evening.  Go buy your bro a beer and help him out.
