Posts on your neighborhood's facebook or Nextdoor group
« on: April 16, 2020, 08:02:23 PM »
One of my favorite things to do lately is to see what the mostly old people in my neighborhood are angry about or confused by. Keep in mind this is a very active group that's heavily moderated to stay on topic.

People are turning my normally quiet neighborhood into a  recreational area, and while I am glad to see them running, walking, biking, I am peeved that most are without masks! Windy here, and wind carries the  virus, even more so if you are biking. I see women and  children, no masks. Elderly, no masks. Paddle boarders, no masks. Boaters hosting parties, no masks. I was sick for over three weeks  starting Feb. 14 and only started going out this month...with mask, one I  wear across my nose and mouth, not my chin or forehead as many do.  PLEASE Wear A Mask.

To the lady who wished my husband and I get coronavirus on XXXXXXXX Trail this morning...
I wish you peace and love. You must be already having a terrible day.  I can't imagine being so mad at a complete stranger that I would shout something so vile. I know my husband reminded you that dogs were to be on a leash inside the park, but your response was WAY OUT OF LINE. I sure hope the children who were with you don't follow your example this morning.

Oh crap! I never paid attention to this before! My suburb has 22,000 members. The first thing that catches my eye is controversy over this youngster doing youngster things in the group. Lol.

That's not nice at all but I think sometimes it's better and safe to mind our own business..it's not worth telling people anything anymore...I'm sure she knows to keep her dog on the leash she just wants to be a bad dog mom that doesn't follow the rules...just pray for her

Like everyone else said, it’s not worth informing people that break the rules. Just call *the police* next time. They will handle it.

I have encountered too many off leash dogs out there while walking my dogs. The most difficult thing is when the unleashed dog runs up to my leashed dogs and disturbs crap. At that point the irresponsible owner has to come within 6 ft of me in order to grab their uncontrollable dog. It’s not the time for this type of behavior. I jokingly said aloud to my husband in front the last lady who did this “I should let our dog go loose too and see what happens “
Kidding of course, but she had a little dog and we have a much larger and a medium size dog. Her dog would’ve been hurt. Instead she had to get way too close to me in order to pick up her little ray of sunshine. Lol

XXXXXX trail seems to attract some nasty people. When SIP first started, we took a walk there and a group of middle-aged women were standing shoulder-to-shoulder, taking up the whole width of the trail, and when we asked them to give space, they screamed at us to get onto the grass instead.

Where are folks getting burritos for takeout these days?

Keep in mind there are maybe 5 burrito places in town? 64 comments in 2 hours. It's like KC BBQ discussion, lol

Something to think about
Let’s talk some trash. If you don’t put your cans out so he or she can automatically grab it with the arm, he’s coming in physical contact with everything on and around your can..... you then bringing it back into your house by you touching the can possibly possibly in a place where you don’t know he touched on your can. As I drove around town today, I see everybody’s cans up on the mow strip which is fine??, but you’re not going anywhere! block your rough ridin' driveway with the cans so the driver can easily grab it and go onto the next house because you don’t know what’s on his gloves from somebody else’s trash.  Is it rocket science? I am just gonna leave this right here, we have a truck in the yard on quarantine. Shits rough ridin' real folks ?

People are surprisingly tolerant and amused by Briana. Probably because they're all parents.

There's actually probably more like ten if you count Chipotle and sit down Mexican places. I live in a suburb

I'd noticed that there was a lonely guy posting pics of his meals and then saw this.

Comments on Briana.

Quote
What is the point of her posts? I tried to respond but couldn’t figure out why.

Maybe she needs a wellness check??

It’s just a matter of time until she gets kicked out of the group. She’s getting the attention that she wants

What is she? Like 12

WTF?

I vote for her to stay 🥰

Literally she is like literally a human disease 🤣 why do people talk like that

I'm built like a dump truck but at least I'm not a crack head looking for attention (with what seems like a fake profile) on a neighborhood group

she may need help people...wtf are we to judge?????

She looks like she’s 16. Probably needs some better parenting at home. 🤷🏼??? it’s honestly sad

Dude she’s like 17 leave her alone all of y’all

look at her previous posts she is obviously over 18 if she is even a real person.

Well let's help her instead of crush her!!! Come on people!!! We are so much better!!!

Jason Riggle’s posts are looking better and better...

if she needs to go literally half of the people on facebook do. just laugh about it and move along.

sorry but I can’t just laugh at the things she posts.

she is hateful but it’s better to laugh off the anger than to take it out on someone

This is what she wants lol

Her mom should have swallowed.

She’s just an attention starved a$$hole. I’d guess someone hiding behind a fake profile. And to those saying to leave her alone, maybe she needs to leave others alone first. You get back what you put out out there.

Anyone know where Briana lives? I think someone should to a well check... I’m not sure she is okay. (And I’m not being sarcastic or an bad person) seriously I’m concerned for her mental well-being

karma karma karma karma karma karma karma Covid-ameleon! That’s what got her.

How do idiots like you exist Briana Marie?

Missed this because I blocked her long ago. Suggest everyone do the same

I would feel sorry for except that someone who troll posts and runs their mouth like that deserves the backlash. I don't care how old she is.

I reported her

I just kinda appreciated the spirit of this one

Is it safe for house cleaners to come with a mask and fresh gloves on?  We really need some help- been paying them for not coming but now we are drowning with the kids at home. Judging is expected here but this is a real question.
