my sister was locked in a house with her 3 kids and husband who all were positive and sypmtomatic (mild). she was one shot into moderna and didnt get it. data point?

Heads up, Walmart pharmacy website has chip signups open if you fall into the appropriate stage for your state. I was able to find an appointment in Independence, MO walmart for next Wednesday yet I'm not in the MO phases.

I live outside the metro in a surrounding county. Metro health dept and hospitals have been chip'n since December. Our four county health board is starting Groups 1A and 1B next week. I won't be chipped until July or August. Thankfully, the antibodies are strong.

If I had to guess I’d say the disconnect is the counties are still planning as if the federal government isn’t going to do anything, even though it is.

You have to subtract the population of kids. Also, figure that about half of Kentuckians (probably less if we are being honest) will refuse it outright.
