If you assume those % are the same for those per county, that's a net Biden ~8400 votes, not enough, but the mail ins are usually higher to Biden. It's going to be damn close. Very, very close, a shift of 5% in each county to Biden for example makes it +9740. So it's going to need to be a significant increase. Wish he reported what mail in % per candidate were, not just total, if he did, we'd probably know.

That last dump then was 76.3% Biden (4708 to 1462). If all the rest is on that margin goes that way and you take the recently posted votes out of the 47k, Biden gains 21600, more than enough to win. But, probably not going to be that high

Trump only needs 800,000 more votes to have the 2nd largest popular vote in the history of any election. The highest will be Joe Biden. Obama's 69.5m in 2008 has been the highest to date.
