SD that’s a fun map to entertain but honestly it reminds me of when Price, Young, Odle and Horscschhe would put score predictos up on their sign along Anderson Ave., and it would be like before Tom Osbourne and Tommie Frazier rolling into town (I call that duo Tommy Guns lol), and the sign would still say

KSU 38
NEBRASKA 17

there are obviously very conventional explanations for trump's poor numbers - recessions and state failures are not usually good for incumbents.  but i think this is also relevant.  no one is shocked, titillated or intrigued by trump anymore.  we've tired of him.

Remember the early Democratic primaries when Biden had big poll leads in a bunch of states for months and months and then it was like, "SURPRISE, Biden just won the primary vote in a bunch of states where he led in the polls for months and months!"

It’s gotta cause some introspection when one sees so plainly that their base is “non-college whites.’

Boom:
Quote
This might have been effective were statue supporters a major voting bloc. But with more than 120,000 Americans dead from a pandemic, current COVID-19 rates exploding, and 40 million people having lost their jobs, it’s a little hard to imagine that the elevation of the problems of dead Confederates over those of living Americans is going to excite a great many voters. At a time when the country is experiencing not just the pandemic and the resulting economic collapse but also a genuine outpouring of anger about racial inequities, the president is not merely swimming against the tide of public opinion; he is doing so on a matter that seems like a non sequitur. And it’s hard to revive interest in yourself by spouting non sequiturs

I always wonder why people here like dax, KSUW, etc. don't see that and think, "wait a sec. Maybe I'm doing something wrong here."

Spoken like a true elitist to suggest a man is somehow worth less if he chooses not to pursue a worthless piece of paper. Plenty of money to be made in the trades or in the oil patch.

Meanwhile Joe Biden, doing everything he can to wipe his 40 year record in Washington clean (for the election) is attempting to put a new Marxist face on his campaign by entertaining Bernie Bro ideas and platforms, along with the ideas of the Maoist-Leninist arm of the party. Even those that accuse him of being a rapist and want to dismantle our economy while funneling hundreds of thousands of dollars to their latest husband in a very unethical manner.

Unfortunately, as we're starting to peel back on who will likely actually be in charge in the West Wing.   The Marxist-Leninist-Maoist arm of the DNC may not be very happy.  It's a list that reads like a whose-who of current "consultants" (The new name for lobbyists) plugged into a veritable potpourri of mega-banks, mega-corps, tech oligarchs, defense contractors and venture capitalists.

Who will win out?
