Good tips. My 3 yo does not subscribe to them. My 6 yo kind of does.

Yesterday mid meeting emergencies:

- 3 yo needs her bottom wiped
- 3 yo was murdered by 6 yo (he won’t share the plastic plates with her. No, not the WHITE ones the BLUE ones!”
- 3 yo was murdered by 6 yo (he won’t play a game with her)
- 3 yo was murdered by hunger (wants fruit snacks)
- 3 yo old was murdered by hunger (same sitting, has finished fruit snacks, wants something else)

What do you guys use for conference calls?  Cell phone sucks for this.  Laptop mic/speakers suck more.

The real problem is I have way to many that are way to long, but that’s not changing anytime soon.

Our CEO has a thick foreign accent and makes our weekly Zoom calls miserable. I have to double check with my Director on the side afterwards to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

We use Webex. I like it. We also do Microsoft Teams. Like it too. Also I love the crap out of all of our foreign accents. I thought I was getting pretty decent in being able to tell where someone is from. Then the other day I thought this guy from Mexico was Italian.

I have this for phone calls:
https://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-80057-11-Cordless-Headset-Phone/dp/B001GX6MJ8/ref=sr_1_58?keywords=Plantronics&qid=1584471791&sr=8-58&swrs=C41B05F681863E359691BA03F5117749

Looks obsolete out of the box but has worked well for me.  I have forgotten to charge it at night and probably stretched it to 10 hours of calls on a single charge.

I have a plantronics voyager but it sucks compared to the airpod pros so it stays in the box.

Can confirm the Airpod Pros are BITB.  Best Apple product I have ever purchased.

Did some spreadsheet and email stuff in the morning too.

Made a run for tacos at 430p.

I have seriously had an insane amount of meetings with people who think things will just bop around normally any day now.

I'm actually blocking off my calendar so I can try to work! rough ridin' zoom

Jabra 75t but it sucks on bridgelines due to bridgeline cutout and Jabra noise canceling combo.  Works great on Teams.

I think a lot of companies are going to start doing something like this.

work from office is optional at my company until 9/1, regardless of what the states do
