lil sd's favorite thing is a chicken quesadilla and chips and cheese and a whatever the frozen concoction of the month is (island wild strawberry freeze right now) from taco bell. so after baseball practice yesterday I got that for him. and dad got three (3) chipotle cheddar chalupas. tres bien.

Ate a rather large steak dinner at LABCO last night and when I got home I was somehow still hungry so I crushed some cottage cheese w/ chia seeds (for fiber) and some almonds. Still very full this morning.

It's pretty damn great.  I was afraid they would tone down the spice, but they kept it real.
