What does Delaware have? Ummmmm... exactly my point, no one knows anything about Delaware because we forget its even there.

NEXT

Delaware has Del Corps. Which is pretty weird and unique and shady. Probably only notable if you deal with that stuff though.

NH has Adam Sandler and Sarah Silverman.

Does anyone know they are from NH? I didn't.

If I asked you to point out NH on a map there is a 50% chance you would pick Vermont. NH is a close 2nd to DE when it comes to forgettableness

And within 1 year of moving up to NW Arkansas not one player will be able to find Delaware on the map or tell you anything significant about the state.

The Delaware River doesn't even run through their state! It just dumps all the pollution from NJ/PA into their "Ocean". I guess that's why no one ever says "Hey lets go to Delaware and hit the beaches"!

You'd forget all about Connecticut if it wasn't for ESPN

I just don't think they have much going on other than beauty in some parts. I like to think of states for tourism, big cities, and sports teams. When I lived in Colorado growing up, the only time we went to Wyoming was to get illegal fireworks. Allegedly.  :fatty:

Idaho is underrated as far as quality goes but it may very well be forgettable.  Dakotas get a pass because there are two of them, which makes them less forgettable.  New Hampshire/Vermont get a bit of a pass because, like the Dakotas, if I remember one then I will get the other one.

Delaware seems like the right answer.

Maybe Delaware is the answer if you are west of the Mississippi and Idaho is the answer if you're east of it.

Delaware is smack dab in the middle of the most populated part of the country but no one lives there because no one knows it exists.

I recruit for the Northeast and everybody wants to work in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. All these other poindexter states are like pulling teeth to staff.

Pro tip: They love to visit Vermont on the weekends, guys. Small mountain range and syrup. Get Vermont out of your mouths.

no question it's Delaware. And I bet shitloads of companies are technically based there because of tax stuff or something.

Idaho has great nature/mountains plus Boise State blue turf plus potatoes plus the nazis that make it memorable

Kansas.

People remember it for being flat! Shitloads of people have driven through it for like a long time and not like the sliver of delaware someone may drive through. source: everyone I talk to about Kansas

also aren't the jayhawks from there?

Connecticut is the Johnson County of New York City.  I live in Johnson County and like it, so there I am against calling Connecticut forgettable.

Delaware is way too important to our legal system to forget.  However, we should abolish those laws and then in the spirit of the OP, just merge Delaware with Pennsylvania or New Jersey or something.

Kansas is known for the chiefs and royals. You can’t be the most forgettable when tons of dumbasses think you have two professional sports franchises.
