We need to actually include a chip with the vaccine. Otherwise, you are taking a 1/10 chance of having no protection at all.

They're overrun because people continue to gather unmasked in restaraunts/bars/homes.  I haven't seen anyone argue otherwise but maybe i'm missing something.  I haven't seen anyone defending crowds celebrating either.  It's irresponsible.

yeah it would be better if everyone got it, like with any other vaccine, but some people getting it is still good.

France and Germany are still adding 80k to 100k a day and restaurants and bars have been restricted for several weeks, with curfews in place in major cities for 3 weeks.

there won't be any new statewide lockdowns. California for example  has pretty good county-by-county and business-by-business opening criteria that I imagine will stay in place. Maybe some reduction in capacity in certain businesses in certain states but we know enough to know that things liked masked retail and small outdoor gatherings aren't going to spread much so a full lockdown anywhere seems unlikely.
