Say Phil, I know you're incredibly stupid, but did you know that in the vast majority of cases (almost all) the only human to human transmission of Ebola is from people who are symptomatic?   Asymptomatic transmission of Ebola is very rare and only found in post symptomatic cases involving the trading of certain bodily fluids from male to female. 

Thus Ebola is considered a vastly less contagious disease than Sars-Covid-19.   A person that is aware of the Ebola Virus almost has to try and get it.
