I don't know if he should be removed. I do think that, given the state of politics today, Democrats should do everything they can to try to remove him.

He won't be.

2nd term unlikely.

Nic go ahead and mark Dax down as shouldn’t be removed, will be elected again and is the best president ever.

So much rage.

You gotta do a lot better to impeach a president.  But you’re just blinded by raw rage, so not surprising.

Don’t worry, you’ll get somebody in there and you fall in behind as they bomb more defenseless countries into submission etc etc.

Do a lot better than what?  Your dear leader did exactly what the writers of the constitution feared would happen one day.  A US president who sells out their own people for their own benefit and seeks foreign interference in our own democratic process.  You say I’m blinded by rage which isn’t true, but you are blinded by pure unabiding loyalty and will high step salute anything Trump does.

You stood by and even applauded as the previous administration entered in a de facto treaty with a rogue terror state in a unilateral fashion with zero input from Congress.  You stood by as the previous regime overthrew the government of a sovereign nation and provided no explanation to anyone as to why and what for.  You stood by as the previous administration participated in the attempted overthrow of another sovereign nations government while providing no explanation.

So concerned about the usage of political office for personnel enrichment the previous administration directed every question about the Biden’s in the Ukraine to Biden’s office and then washed their hands of it despite their reported “deep concern”.   So concerned about personal enrichment, they specifically instructed the Clinton’s to report all foreign donations to the fake Clinton Foundation for vetting, then did absolutely nothing when hundreds of millions in Russian cash flowed into the CF.

So straight up LOL at this.

Ahh yes the classic ‘Somebody else did something some other time which makes when Trump does it worse, much better and totally great’ defense.  Pro move Dax.

My word Dax. Are you literally incapable of understanding that even hypocrites can still be right about the problems they do decide to call out?

Ah yes, the willing useful idiot, always ready to fall in behind his dear leaders no matter what they do.

We're all still waiting for those "high crimes", there aren't any so that's why this process has changed course yet again to another set of charges,  but idiots like the The Big Dummy just can't ever seem to understand that.

SMDH, sad

Idiots like the The Big Dummy listen to people like Eric Holder, one of the most sanctioned if not the most sanctioned AG in U.S. history.

Not impeachable offenses, highly debatable if they're even offenses at all, that's why the goalposts just moved yet again.   Try to keep up here.

Oooh pls go into more detail about the offenses and why they are not impeachable. Specifically from a constitutional pov and from an evidentiary pov.

What evidence?  The opinions of people who weren't even on the call?  Oh, the evidence now?  The evidence the executive branch rightly chose not participate in the newest attempt to remove the president simply because Hillary lost the election?

Here, read the words of someone a lot smarter than you:

It is difficult enough to go to the Senate in a presidential impeachment without an accepted crime and on the narrowest basis in history.  However, the Democrats know that they have combined those liabilities with the thinnest record of any modern impeachment – a record filled with gaps and conflicts.    Jonathan Turley

So you'll understand I am quoting someone directly.

You're showing you're even dumber than normal, and that's pretty amazing.

Just as long as we’re clear that intelligence has nothing to do with Turley’s statement.

Agree with Stave,  but with the caveat that his re-electability will correlate with the relative performance of the economy 10 months from now. If the economy tanks, thus goes Trump. His wagon is hitched.

Exactly!

Normal people are sick of the circus, Dems will fall in line behind the nominee, he'll be voted out.

i think that's probably right.  it's a lot closer than it should be though.
