Very long but fantastic article

Great read. I can’t tell if the author was hinting at advocacy for anything — sound money, freely manipulated paper currency, crypto, or some combo. I’m not that smart is prob why. Maybe he just found it interesting. I did.
Glad you enjoyed it as much as I did. The history of currency is fascinating to me. Also how currency is managed and how the third party acts. Obviously this helps with understanding why Bitcoin is so important, but it also highlights how money is viewed in general.
If you’re interested I would read the first ~130 pages of The Bitcoin Standard. Although it’s a book about why Bitcoin truly is digital gold, it only mentions Bitcoin in passing maybe 5 times in those first 130 pages. If you’re interested more in Bitcoin finish the book. The book though delves into the history of money, and touches many points the article does about why/how/should money be priced.
It was a real eye opener into how/why our financial system works and why we have less purchasing power now and in the future.
