Elon doesn't really have a speech impediment, more he's really uncomfortable being on stage with the focus solely on him. Watch any tesla announcement, Steve Jobs he is not. But, when you get him a more of a round table or one on one thing he's more fluid, still stilted, cause he definitely overthinks things, but he's at least natural. He (and honestly pretty much everyone) cannot do the stand up in front of someone and give a speech
