The bottom line, is that fracking is no more dangerous than conventional methods of hydrocarbon extraction... if i drill and oil well in your back yard and the drill pipe bursts, your water is going to get mumped.   In Gasland, every case they cited was an incident of improper drilling techniques, not fracking in and of itself.  Fracking is done at a depth far below groundwater... think of it this way, if stuff at that depth could get in your drinking water, you'd already have natural gas in it.

you're rough ridin' stupid and your argument has so many dumbass holes in it that i'm not even going to waste my time responding.  keep up the great work.

hey clams, did you know the first well ever fracked was in kansas in the 1940's?
Wrong.

Actually that's 100% right, dumbass
Either clarify your terms or apologize and sheepishly back away because you are absolutley wrong KC.

It literally took me 2 minutes of googling to find this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydraulic_fracturing#cite_note-Montgomery-3

Quote
Fig. 1—In 1947, Stanolind Oil conducted
the first experimental fracturing in the
Hugoton fi eld located in southwestern
Kansas. The treatment utilized napalm
(gelled gasoline) and sand from the
Arkansas River.

it's not bad, worth watching once. if you have a super conservative dad don't watch it with him because it makes a fake corporation look bad.

Krasinski has a long way to go before I take him seriously as anything other than Jim, but that's not his fault.

Trailer made it look unwatchable.

My dad wouldn't watch it, just cause he heard what the movie was about on fox news. He cusses at Obama a lot on the TV. :weirdo:

I saw Pacific Rim and World War Z this past week while I was still out of work.  Both were good.  Pacific Rim was better.  Kind of hoping they do a sequel.

what's the sequel? now that earth doesn't have to worry about these Alien's anymore, countries use the Robots to fight their wars for them? or is it a prequel where the Alien's mess up their calculations a bunch and accidentally send monsters the sizes of hamsters to other planets?

probably more aliens just open more portals. also i guarantee they will drift with monsters and mind control monster vs monster battles
