Molly's Game - 4.5/7 - it was fine. Not Sorkin's best. Love that Michael Cera is cast as Player X after finding out the true identity of Player X.

I saw Frankie Freako at the Screenland.  It's a lot of fun if you're willing to take the ride.

Practical Magic (1998) 4/7 - i had never heard of this one, but apparently it has developed a cult following and they are making a sequel. it is the most 90's movie of all time, perfectly mindless and enjoyable.
Beetlejuice 6/7 - this is one of those childhood movies that brought back a lot of memories but i hadn't watched it beginning to end in a long long time. Michael Keaton is high key goated

I have the 100 Best ’80s Horror Movies from RottenTomatoes saved on my browser currently. I watched The Evil Dead and The Fear Footage (made in 2018 not the 80's) last weekend. I think I'm going to watch The Tunnel and another 80's horror movie this weekend.

Fear Footage is a found footage movie that was kind of scary but also pretty stupid. I was pretty pak'd for it. It might have been kind of like The Ring?

I've been hitting a lot of horror too.

Great Horror Comedy: PG Psycho Goreman and Frankie Freako
Mediocre/bad horror but with moments: Terrifier movies (they subvert some tropes and have a good bad guy, but then go for shock over substance)
Horror Classic: The Thing (Better movie in it's own right than traditional horror) and WNUF Halloween Special

Abruptio which is maybe not a horror movie was the most upsetting thing I've seen in this stretch.  The puppets were wild.

I think I was sidetracked by the goofy-ish creature my first go-round to take it seriously as a movie in its own right.  Young Keith David, Wilford Brimley, and Kurt Russell are all studs.

Same. I'll watch it with The Tunnel this weekend. I think I've started The Fly once or twice but stopped after 15 minutes or so because it didn't look like it has held up all that well.
