Real talk, I've never seen a bourne movie
mocat, I watched Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy
on a serious note tho, i do like it when "comedians" do "serious" roles, because i think they're really good at it. i think most comedians can trace the roots of their craft to some type of defense mechanism or mask, to hide real emotions, etc., and sometimes when they get to do a really serious F'd up role, there's a lot of depth there. but as i mentioned earlier, there was nothing for steve carrell to do with this one.

What did Watching Paint Dry say to The Imitation Game? You're boring.
Imitation game: "What about the parts that weren't boring?"Benedict Cumberbatch: "That was when I carried you"

in the end, EMAW will always win.
i loved ex machina. one of the best movies i've ever seen in theaters. would be interested to see why broken sky thinks its flaws are.
