The first three Bourne's are great. The fourth is worse than a two-legged flamingo.

on a serious note tho, i do like it when "comedians" do "serious" roles, because i think they're really good at it. i think most comedians can trace the roots of their craft to some type of defense mechanism or mask, to hide real emotions, etc., and sometimes when they get to do a really serious F'd up role, there's a lot of depth there. but as i mentioned earlier, there was nothing for steve carrell to do with this one.

Speaking of, has anyone seen the True Story film w/ Franko and Jonah Hill, yet?

What did Watching Paint Dry say to The Imitation Game?

You're boring.

Imitation game: "What about the parts that weren't boring?"

Benedict Cumberbatch: "That was when I carried you"

The movie had maybe 10 minutes total without Benedict Cumberbatch. I thought it was a really good movie, though.

I got it  Seems like it would have made more sense to say "the parts that were boring," though.

Fair point.  I liked it the original way too though.

I liked it even though I haven't even seen that movie so I don't know if the parts with or without BC were boring.

i loved ex machina.  one of the best movies i've ever seen in theaters.  would be interested to see why broken sky thinks its flaws are.

Just finished Ex Machina and immediately want to watch it again. Dare I say it's the best movie I've seen since Black Swan?

Spoiler: Yes, I dare to say it.
