I just listened to Self's press conference from today, and he says Dickinson has been practicing (no contact) the last few days, and tomorrow he'll go full contact. Makes me think that maybe the severity of the injury was exaggerated.
his shoulder popped back in immediately which apparently limited the possible ligament damage

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Quote

Midwest Region (Detroit)

FIRST ROUND PICKS
No. 1 Purdue 88, No. 16 Montana State 63
No. 9 TCU 76, No. 8 Utah State 73

No. 12 McNeese 81, No. 5 Gonzaga 79
No. 13 Samford 78, No. 4 Kansas 77
No. 6 South Carolina 65, No. 11 Oregon 60
No. 3 Creighton 79, No. 14 Akron 64
No. 7 Texas 70, No. 10 Colorado State 68
No. 2 Tennessee 83, No. 15 Saint Peter's 57

REGION ANALYSIS: This region has blow-up potential when it comes to double-digit upsets. 12-seed McNeese and 13-seed Samford play fast, they force turnovers and they'll be fearless entering the NCAA tournament -- which could spell trouble for 5-seed Gonzaga and 4-seed Kansas, respectively. Samford's matchup with Kansas is particularly intriguing, given the Bulldogs' "Bucky Ball" style against a Jayhawks team riddled with injuries right now

I'm not sure what to do with Purdue. Having a team focused around a 7'4" player has not traditionally been a formula for success in the Torn-A-Ment

Yeah, no. Hunter is elite on offense, but he doesn't really play defense.

Yeah, no. Hunter is elite on offense, but he doesn't really play defense.

Foul him out, then.  This is Hunter's big chance.

Tough news on McCullar not playing. Seems like that should probably be the death blow.

The hate being spewed by Hawk fans toward this young person on the socials is gut wrenching to watch.
How big was the bag of cash he was given for coming to KU?

I change my vote. I am picking KU to lose in the first round. Sorry guys, I am ruled by the cold hand of pure logic.

I’ll be rooting for KU but will have them falling to Samford in my bracket after seeing what happened in their last game without that one guy.

KU simply can't handle the rigors of the new B12.  They've been slipping for a while now and Houston is just light years beyond them at this point.

I think you just saw why Gonzaga hasn't and won't be allowed to join the B12.  KU can't handle another team beating their ass on a regular basis.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Damn, valid point.  I didn't think that post through.

Calipari ranked ahead of Jay Wright? I declare that study to be invalid.

Edit: Lute Olson ranked ahead of Jay Wright?
