Crap, I missed it. I actually forgot we were playing last night. Quick recap of how it all went down?

Team lays massive egg first half, The Flush and McGuirl carry the team on their backs and score 70% of the points, mak fouls out with 9 minutes left to play, we got crushed on the glass and to a lesser degree FTR. Biggest comeback in the history of kstate basketball.

csourk addition: Sneed had an awesome 4 point to give the 'Cats a lead with about 2 minutes left. Reminiscent of Larry Johnson in the 1999 Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers.

It is very simple.....Diarra just isn't playing that hard.  Last year, he would play defense in a low stance, shuffle his feat, and extend his wide arms, producing all sorts of problems for offenses.  He would crash the defensive and offensive glasses hard.  He was occasionally careless with the ball, but he would go hard to the hole.  Completely different player this year; very passive.  He plays defense standing up.  He doesn't rebound hard.  And he is very careless with his dribble.

When the WV guy went to the floor and beat Diarra for the ball last night, Weber had seen enough.  Great move by Weber.  Hopefully it kicks Diarra's rear into gear.

Needs to cut his hair and wear less baggy shorts while he’s at it.

True.  By my calculations, he is due for a major foot injury any day now.

Exactly right. Diarra also absentmindedly left his man before a WVU in-bounds play from half court with 5 seconds on the shot clock. His guy drained it.

Against Iowa State, the Diarra from last year made an appearance.  He was all over the court, using his athleticism to rebound and get loose balls.  He is such an asset when he plays like that.

Also, props to oscar for pushing the buttons that produced that result.
