So much to love about this video. One, it appears he didn't run over anyone before they caught him. Two, he looks like the cop is trying to explain quantum physics to him, when in reality, the cop is trying to explain to him how to walk. Three, and my favorite is the other copy getting crap ready and most likely hoping that they are going to throw this idiot in the other cop's car because he has obviously pissed himself and he doesn't want it in his car.
