I know that that is the rep I have around here, yes. But in my experience, Gorsuch isn't a chud. I might expect this from Alito or Thomas, though.

I think it’s an effort from the court to not look political, which maybe ironically is a key to maintaining its power.

Regardless, the language highlighted in the tweet is not what made the story newsworthy. It seems to confirm my own suspicion that Gorsuch’s mask use had no impact on whether Sotomayor participated in arguments in person.
