folks, is it time to recognize congress as the greatest collective of traders we've ever known? unreal performance out of this group.
i don't think it's all that notable that under 10% of congress had a better year than the mean (i assume most because of a concentration in u.s. tech). if anything it's further evidence that outperforming the s&p is harder than it seems.
