I would not consider Ben Shapiro a libertarian. Even if he says he's generally libertarian, that doesn't make him a libertarian. If he is advocating for social media companies to be regulated and is claiming to be a libertarian, he deserves to be made fun of.

I don't think I have ever met a "real" libertarian. I have met a bunch of ppl that don't think the government should have anything to do with anything other than regulating abortion, gay marriage, and all the normal Jesus hypocrisy stuff.

I think most that I have met are just assholes.

Query: what makes a "real libertarian"? Are we talking about classical liberalism, like J. S. Mill and his harm principle? Or are we talking about the platform of the Libertarian Party--a political party that has assumed the branding? Big "L" or little "l"?
