in that tweet, she says that new relief should not include any money for banks, which is a criticism that the cares act included some measures that benefited large financial firms (and the american/world economy).
when i say misleading i do not mean confusing, i mean that her intention is to mislead readers of the tweet. she wants to be seen as railing against wall street, a populist position many of her supporters endorse, when the cares act provided no money directly to sifi institutions and only provided ancillary benefits as a product of introducing important safeguards (and as intermediaries for the loans programs).
if she's not talking out of both sides of her mouth and actually does want to remove those safeguards, please show me her tweet cheerleading the trump admin's move to deprive the biden administration of them.
