Interesting to think about, but I do think you are right. The UK already has the NHS, Corbyn was just saying stuff like nationalize the railroads again.

As far as the Boris/Trump comparison, Boris is obviously way smarter than Trump and actually has some policy goals and intends to achieve them so I don't think that side really holds much.
