my favorite part is that iowa state sucks entire generations of crap and we should absolutely throw them out of the conference and they should irl be a DII school.

if crap iowa state wasn't in the conference we'd probably be at about 24 teams including Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Colorado, etc. they drag us so damn bad. smh.

My favorite part is how the whole point is to win football games. It's like, hey there cyclones, why don't you try to win some games? We do it all the time it's not even that hard.

Sometimes I wonder if trying some losing wouldn't be so bad. Call it the cyclone blueprint or something. We could have entire new conversations about refs and big revenue schools and screw jobs and junk.

I dunno. I guess we would need a culture change or something.

Before 1993 the Cats had zero 9 wins seasons and zero ranked finishes. :(

Since then, the Cats have fourteen seasons with at least 9 wins, nine with at least 10, and seven with 11 wins. Thirteen seasons with ranked finishes including 6 in the Top 10.

Snyder 2.0 has more ranked finishes and 9 win seasons than Cyclone football history.

What about 1910?

If OU loses today we can say the Big 12 got Iowa State’d again.

This game can only hurt the big 12's CFP chances. It's so dumb.

Well that's TCU's fault for scoring 7 whole points against ISU. If Ken Hill didn't have 2 red zone second half turnovers the Big 12 Dr. Pep would be a win and you're in like the SEC Dr. Pep and the ACC Dr. Pep.

well but they didn't so this game can only hurt OU.

Also in that scenario would it have been possible to get both OU and TCU in w/o a Dr. Pepp? probs not.

I mean who could forget about legendary head coach Mike Ahearn. He helped create and mold the original rules of football into what they are today.  You’re welcome, America.

Even in 1910, the media knocked us for a weak schedule. #norespect

People always talk about the Bama defense and how great it is. Well let me tell you a little something about the original steel curtain. The 1910 Cats defense is in a class all by itself.

Man KU has been breaking the rules and playing ineligible players for over a 100 years too.  It’s just in their blood to be cheaters apparently.

I was half considering throwing some coin at KSU to house the original rules of football by Coach Ahearn but then I reconsidered because that is super stupid and would make us look thirsty AF
