I saw a dude on a bike get hit by a car in a rain storm on Juliette during one summer night in manhattan.  It was weird.
i do not recommend being either person in this situ.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

How about you go to Coco Bolos and not have to wait for a table?

SOOoo looking forward to this...not necessarily Coco Bolos...just any restaurant in general. Love it.

This. But I go to So Long the most during the summer while there's no line. It's probably the biggest turn around from always a 30 min wait, to being seated and eating in 5 mins. Love it.

Don't forget hanging out on the patio at Little Grill drinking rum. That should happen daily.

I've never been there.  Always considered the place kind of  :powerespect:.  I'll have to give it a try though.

Never been there either. The guy that runs the place always plays in Aggieville and hes kind of a darsh, but decent band. I'll put that on the to do list for the summer though, along with buy a gun, and get really good at guitar, and pass Physics II.

Wait, you mean not everybody gets the seated instantly treatment in all MHK restaurants?

No traffic, less douchery in aggieville, softball, drinking, drinking on patios, lakes/pools - Manhattan in the summer is absolutely amazing and by far the best time

And I don't know if Stampede sucks or not - I've never been so I won't judge.  That said, the people that flock here to go to it certainly suck

I'd add in taking some UFM classes, pretty fun. Golf, softball, rent a poontoon boat, jet skis, etc.

Dlew12 likey.  Do you do this through UFM?
should probably be able to get one through wildcat marina.

nail chicks you wouldn't normally nail, hit muscle beach at tuttle, Chase Manhattan pool (old school) and ice bros.

The first one cannot be overstated.  All of the sudden the clicks you ran with are back in KC and you have a whole new batch of gals to swing with.  During the school it is all Chi-o's and tri delts but summer comes around and LSOC is rocking it with AZ's and pi-phis.  totally wild stuff.

Guess who will in in MHK all summer, maybe because he lives there.....THIS GUY!  Something else that is fun is 50 cent draws at AJ's on Monday nights.  Half price martinis at Della Voce on Thursday nights for us elite.

as an absolute veteran manhattan summerer, i spend a lot of my summer at the movie theater. don't believe the hype - 'hattan has a reasonably decent movie theater ever since they redid it, and other than getting smashed for no reason, there's nothing better to do on a week night. and if a big movie comes out and has a midnight sneak preview on a wednesday or something, jump all over that.

nothing better to do on a week night?  $2.50 Night Caps at Kite's isn't better?   :drink:

In fact, they'll probably bounce you if you try to show them ID rather than just strutting in like you own the damn place.
